- Envisioned, designed, and developed a WordPress multi-site network for public media's role in supporting veterans and their family members.
- Created a customized content management system that allowed PBS stations to localize an instance of the national Veterans Coming Home site.
- Maintained collaborative working relationships with key staff at PBS, NPR, local stations and public media producing organizations.
- Provided training and technical support, and troubleshooting to staff at 14 public media stations.
- Managed all aspects of hosting, site administration, and tracking of performance analytics for 14 sites in the network.
